I take a direct approach: I won’t tell you what you want to hear, but what you need to hear.
I have spent my career refining a compassionate practice based on open communication without judgment. Together we’ll create a safe space to tackle difficult issues, develop strategies for positive thinking, hone coping skills, and do the hard work it takes to conquer life’s obstacles.
o My therapeutic technique is solution-focused and based in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
o I work with individuals, couples and families.
o I am passionate about equality and treat clients of all ages, races, ethnicities, religions, genders and sexual orientations.
o Sessions can be in-person or virtual and are one hour in length.
